Can't recommend Import Auto Service highly enough. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Every interaction I've had with them - from annual inspections and oil changes to larger system repairs, from phone calls to text/email mesaages - has been positive. I also really appreciate how transparent/clear they are with their estimates and invoices, as well as being able to readily access all the paperwork digitally. For reference, I drive a 2004 Lexus Rx330.
