Can't recommend Import Auto Service highly enough. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Every interaction I've had with them - from annual inspections and oil changes to larger system repairs, from phone calls to text/email mesaages - has been positive. I also really appreciate how transparent/clear they are with their estimates and invoices, as well as being able to readily access all the paperwork digitally. For reference, I drive a 2004 Lexus Rx330.

Love this place! I live all the way in Waldorf and i rather do business with them. I have a 2011 Range Rover Sport. I had to change the water pump and leak in radiator, they fixed it and it was the least expansive quote I have gotten from 5 other places I’ve checked. Raj seems to know everything about cars plus he’s personable, friendly, knowledgeable and honest!! I’ll be back soon to have them do some more work in my car!

Continually impressed by the quality and customer service provided by Import Auto Service. I have a nearly 30-year-old BMW and they have taken such great care of it over the years. This last visit, there were a lot of issues popping up due to its age. Balraj and the IAS team worked with me to determine which issues were most important, without pressuring me, and got the repairs done earlier and for less than what I was originally quoted.
