Easy check in and out! Kind of expensive for an oil change but the quality of care was worth it.

I always used this place , customer service is very efficient, close to my area, always on time very pleased.

Been going here for inspections and whatnot for years. Last week the low coolant message appeared so I brought it in and asked it to be flushed. They saw evidence of problems, called me, and did the pressure test. Got the radiator replaced and picked up my car the following evening. Much cheaper than the dealership, more professional too.

I've been coming to IAS for the last 3-4 years to work on my BMW and they have been the best people to work with. Never any issues and the staff are very friendly. Cars are always fixed when they need a fixing and I will always come back to them!

I wss referred to Import Auto Service by a friend and I am happy she did. If you have a Jaguar or other import... call them. They have good pricing and the customer service is great. I felt great overall and glad I did not have to deal with the Jaguar dealership in Alexandria. I am pleased with my interactions with Isabelle. Try them... you will be impressed.
