As soon as I walked in, Mimi welcomed me at the door with a warm, friendly smile. She was so kind and made me feel right at home. I also saw Izabel at the desk, and she continued to be incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She even went above and beyond by giving me detailed advice about the new car I plan to purchase, which I truly appreciated. The repair went smoothly from start to finish. When I later discovered that there had been a misunderstanding and the final charge was higher than I expected, even though the mistake was entirely on my end , Isabel was genuinely apologetic. She still took responsibility and offered me a discount without hesitation. That kind of honesty, integrity, and customer-first attitude is rare and truly deserves recognition.
