This is a great place to take your car in for repairs, experience and knowledgeable crew, specially Rayu! They always offer great customer services, make sure you do your appointment! I do miss when they were open in weekends, for the personal touch, but I understand, today’s economy is hard to keep this perks to keep business going!

Have been using this shop for many years but it seems that their service integrity has declined time over time.

Mr. Jabboury, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We genuinely value all customer input, and I'm sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the price you paid. We discussed the repairs on your car with you and gave you the estimate on 4/30/24. You asked for the "best price" and a discount to which I eventually told you I would deduct the diagnostic fee. We repaired the car 6/10/2024. We mentioned we need to add an additional part which was compromised during repair. You asked for additional discounts which we could not do. You ended up paying $1098 instead of $1000 you wanted. Over the years you have been coming to us you have always asked for discounts and I have always tried to to work with you to keep you happy. We understand that everyone loves a good deal but we can't always accomadate for what you think is the "best price". I hope you understand. Very attentive and helpful to customers. Had a last minute issue with my AC leading into Memorial Day weekend and they worked late and squeezed me in. Very grateful for that. Also very transparent and fair pricing. They proactively credited me when they hadn’t used all the materials they quoted for the AC. Would 100% recommend

A very responsive and highly competent group of auto service techs. I have taken my Jaguar to them for routine maintenance and also complicated repairs on suspension and air conditioning. They communicate well providing status on repair and work expeditiously to complete the repairs meeting my expectations. They are my go to service group for my vehicles. I highly recommend them.

My experience was very good. I had to take my car back. But I was accommodated on my arrive. Prices are very reasonable and affordable.
