I live in Richmond, but my car broke down in DC. I drive a CL 550 Mercedes. I had the vehicle towed to the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealership and to my surprise, Mercedes-Benz of Arlington does not work on vehicles 2011 or older. I did my research on companies in the area and found Import. They are super thorough, extremely knowledgeable, communicate anything that happens, provide insight and advice into the work that they're completing for you before they start working and even provide pictures of the issues or items that need repair and text them to you! The service is quick and professional, and it's at the point where I'm about to drive 100 miles from now on to get my vehicle serviced. 100% great experience and that doesn't happen too often anymore.

Everybody should know that Import Auto Service is by far THE BEST repair and maintenance shop in the DMV. I have never met a more competent team and capable group. They are honest with all work done at the shop, stand behind their warranties, and the timing a their services is RELAIBLE. Their mechanics are also quite excellent. I have NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever from this team. The front desk IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! If you are not using IAS, you are certainly losing money. Thank you IAS Team! You guys are the best!
