Off-the-chain OUTSTANDING! I had AAA flat bed my 2012 6-spd Vette to Raju and company a few days ago at the recommendation of a friend who's been bringing his Vettes here for years. I couldn't shift it into reverse and was thinking I was looking at either shifter replacement or transmission work. Raju investigated the shifter and the lock-out solenoid atop the transmission. Turns out the issue was a wiring issue at the solenoid. Raj re-seated the solenoid and took the car out for a spin. Problem resolved! The shop also gave me a reasonable estimate for replacing the solenoid down the road, should it later be necessary to do so. I have been driving since 1978, and working on my own cars and dealing with mechanics as necessary ever since. What's it worth to you to have an honest, efficient mechanical like Import Auto?? ***THANK YOU ALL***

Lady at the service desk is angry

Will always come there to get my service done.

I brought my car to get fixed here but had to wait a week to get it back because the part was not available and the parts supplier dealership provided the wrong part which is not the fault of import auto but my car was still over heating after they fixed it and what I am not happy about is that they didn’t see that the hose was leaking. My mechanic in dc is the one who found that and fixed it! Also there was a noise coming from the car which they couldn’t fix and again my mechanic in dc determined that it was due to low oil and fixed the issue after changing the oil and replenishing it. Oh also the guys at Import Auto forgot to close the radiator cap after doing the work which caused coolant to spill out while I am driving. For those reasons I am not happy with my experience at this place.
