While my job was very easy, the mechanic was amiable, quick, and did a good job of installing a new hood ornament. I didn’t give them 5-stars because the verbal quote they gave me was not the price I ended up paying. I believe, when you give a verbal quote, you should honor it no matter how small or big the difference in price.

These guys are the best!! I have two 20+year old Volvos one is vintage 35+ and I can alway count on their expert advice and service . So thankful for import auto.

I went in for an oil change and told them the front left side of the car was making weird noises when driving on bumpy surfaces. They did the oil change and a general check of the car. As for the problem I told them about, they informed me the stabilzer on the left front was bad. They were able to order a stabilizer kit and had it delivered and installed. Since I stayed at the shop I was only there for three hours. They have a TV in the waiting room and I watched the Olympics and ate a sandwich from the store there. The desk clerk was very good. She kept me informed and explained what was going to happen with the stabilizer situation. She told me it would take about an hour to get the stabilizer kit after she put in the order. I am always happy with the service at this business. It was highly recommended by a neighbor. He was right.

These folks are awesome, I’m so glad I found them. They serviced and inspected my old 1984 Porsche and did a wonderful job. They also took the time to walk me through some issues found in the inspection, which I appreciate. I’m confident in their work and will use them again.
