I've been a customer for over 10 years and I only trust my cars with Import Auto Service. The professionalism, attention detail and their willingness to ensure all issues are addressed when I take any of my cars in for service are commendable. I can't say enough about the customer service and friendliness which is exemplified by the owner and emanates with all the employees. In addition to servicing my vehicles, they have been very accommodating when I've had issues at the last minute and taken my car with short notice. I have known Import Auto Service for over 25 years. All this time I have been getting our import cars serviced by them even when we moved to Maryland. The technicians at Import Auto are very skilled and the management is very honest. I find them to be trustworthy and dependable. I understand that they now have fully qualified university gradute engineer on their staff. I recommend Import Auto for any auto repairs without any reservations.

Motorbike refused to start after filling her up. Guys let us use their equipment to help us fix it by the station. They even provided expert advice as we wrenched around. As good as it gets, and they declined payment. I'll have my truck serviced there for oil changes and such.
