About a year ago my check engine light came on they told me it was my intake manifold so I had it replaced. A few days later the check engine light came back on with the same problem. When I brought it back they told me nothing was wrong and charged me for a diagnostic to turn the light off. When the light came back on for the third time they finally admitted it was the diverter valve in the turbocharger which I had them replace. A few days later the light came on again with the same code. I finally decided to bring my car to a different shop. I have now had to re do everything that they did and have spend over $3000 repairing the damage that they caused my car. I will never come here again.

I have taken myself and my children's cars there and they never disappoint! Very professional and reasonable. When you drive a foreign car, repairs can be expensive but they work with you. The one thing, that I think makes them a cut above everyone else, when they make a mistake, they try to make sure to fix or compensate for it. I love this group! Thank Raj…you have quality mechanics. I've had several BMW's in the last ten years that Import Auto has serviced. I've never been disappointed. Since I've lived in Virginia I've never even taken my car to another mechanic that's just how much I trust them. I HIGHLY recommend them. Anytime anything happens I don't worry because I know they will have me back up and running. I'm very pleased with their work and appreciate all their hard work over the years!!! Thank you!!

They are truly patient with you if you don't know much about your car. Most professional auto service I've ever used. I have range rover and will not take it anywhere but them or the dealer.

We found this shop because it's close to home; we keep coming back because of the great service. We came today without an appointment to have them check my 20 year old Corolla that had a loud exhaust sound. Not only did they diagnose the issue, they got the parts and fixed it by the end of the day. The mechanic was nice and he seemed interested in finding the most cost-effective solution to the issue, which I greatly appreciate given the age of the vehicle.
