Good afternoon, would you please tell the mechanic who maintained my car on Jan 18 that he did a great job? I have been driving my car for a few days and I can definitely feel the differences. Besides, those clicking noises are gone. Thank you.

I had a flat tire which was an unrepairable puncture. Isabel was on the desk (knowledgeable receptionist?) and was very professional on what tire to recommend/price. The work included refurbishing the front wheel as the deflated tire had exposed the rim to the road causing superficially damage. All went well and having used this garage in the past, I recommend them.

10/10 would recommend. The owner and staff were very knowledgeable, I broke down close to 2 miles from their shop. Had it towed to their shop before business opened and they started working on it first thing. A few hours later as soon as the parts were delivered they installed them and I was on my way. The rear right axle shaft splines on my Mercedes sprinter were mangled from my only guess is wear and tear.

I have used Import Auto since late 2007 and I still seek them out whenever my BMW needs a service or repair. I credit them with maintaining an over 21 years old BMW 330ci still in good operating condition.
